Free Delivery
That’s right! Free delivery for all orders Australia wide when you spend $75 or more. (excluding orders with drum kits, please see below).
For orders under $75, delivery is simply charged at just $12 per order.
Orders including Drum kits are excluded from free delivery.
Drum kit delivery rates are available in your shopping cart, follow the below instructions to obtain our discounted drum kit delivery rates.
To confirm delivery rates, add items of interest to the cart, then click ‘VIEW CART’ or click the cart icon located at the top right hand corner of the screen, and next to ‘Shipping’ click ‘Add Info’. Enter your location and click ‘ESTIMATE SHIPPING’.
Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Due to limited space in retail stores, we may ship items from our warehouse direct to you to shorten delivery times.
When ordering multiple items at once, you may receive the items at different times and could be delivered by different carriers. This is because some items may be sent from our retail store, and other items may be sent from our warehouse. In this case you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Online only items are dispatched from our suppliers based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane and may take approx 1-5 days to be sent. Tracking will be provided to you upon dispatch.
Tracking
A tracking number and carrier details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Our Carriers
We use various trusted shipping services such as Australia Post, TNT and other carriers of our choosing depending on order size, delivery location, and transit times to give you the fastest and best possible delivery service possible.
Transit Times
Transit times are generally between 1 - 7 working days once dispatched and can take longer depending on your location. If you are in regional or remote areas of Australia, your delivery may take a little longer.
Your Delivery Address
We recommend providing a work address for deliveries, this is usually the best and safest way to ensure someone is on site between business hours to receive the order.
Delivery Day
Deliveries will most likely occur during business hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and may require a signature.
Missed Deliveries
Missed deliveries could incur a re-delivery charge to you if no one is at your nominated delivery address. That's why it is much safer providing us a work address for deliveries.
It may be possible for you to collect a missed delivery from a shipping carrier depot or at an Australia Post outlet, however you are responsible to arrange this but please do let us know if you are having any issues.
If you arrange a re-delivery with any of our carriers because you missed the first delivery attempt, any charges to Drum Republic for the re-delivery will be past on to you, no exceptions.
