Returns Policy

At Drum Republic, customer satisfaction is our top priority so please feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you out.

We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy. 

 


Returns

For returns the below steps are to be followed. 

Please Note: We do not accept unauthorised returns.

 

1. Contact us within 14 business days of receiving the item. 

Message us through our online Contact Us page and please include your full name, phone number, invoice number, product name, and reason for wanting to return the item.

2. A Drum Republic team member will be in contact with you within 2 business days and if approved for return, the item must be returned and received by us at your expense and within 12 business days from the date that we approved the return. 

You are responsible for the goods until the package arrives safely at Drum Republic.

The item must be returned to us unopened, and unused with the original packaging intact.

3. When the item is received and approved by Drum Republic, an online credit for the item will be applied to your account to use at the Drum Republic online store www.drumrepublic.au

 


Items under Warranty or Faulty

If you believe an item is faulty the below steps are to be followed. 

Please Note: We do not accept unauthorised returns.

 

1. Message us through our online Contact Us page and please include your full name, phone number, invoice number, product name, and description of the fault.

2. A Drum Republic team member will be in contact with you within 2 business days and may request further information such as photos of the item etc.

If approved for return we may then provide you with details such as a return address for either Drum Republic, a preferred repairer, or an authorised third party.

3. If the item is deemed faulty/defective Drum Republic may offer you a refund, repair, exchange, or online store credit to your choosing and depending on stock levels.

If the item is proved to be faulty from misuses, you will not be able to claim that the goods are faulty and no refund, repair, exchange, or online store credit will be offered.
